We are in network with Delta Dental and Moda Health. We offer out of network billing with numerous other insurance providers. The front desk would be happy to check your coverage.

Dr. Holt recommends visiting the dentist every 6 months for a check-up. However, that can vary depending on your existing oral health. Some patients can benefit from 3 month visits, while others can visit every 12 months.

Call our main office line. Dr. Holt checks messages frequently and will advise as necessary. After hours treatment can be completed if very urgent.

Dental insurance has annual maximum benefits. If your dental needs exceed that, Dr. Holt will work with you to discuss what treatment is more urgent and what can be put off until the next calendar year. We also offer financing options through CareCredit.

Your new patient exam appointment will take between 30 minutes - 1 hour. Dental treatment can vary based on the procedure. Dr. Holt will work efficiently, but will not sacrifice quality. You can expect very efficient, but not rushed dentistry.
