Dr. John Holt
Dr. John Holt comes from a lifelong dental background that has given him a unique perspective and understanding of the profession. Dr. Holt continues the family legacy as a fourth-generation dentist.

His education began at Oregon State University and continued to Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Holt moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where he ran a large practice as a solo practitioner. He further developed his knowledge and skills to provide excellent patient care.

When you visit our dental office, you can expect compassionate and honest care from Dr. Holt. He prides himself on honesty and transparency - from your first dental exam to each and every appointment, he will make sure you have a full understanding of all treatment being recommended and completed.

Outside of the dental office, Dr. Holt enjoys spending his free time outdoors - golfing, skiing, and traveling are high on the list. He also values quality time with friends and family.

Dr. John Holt III also spent his childhood exposed to the dental profession and made the decision early on to pursue a dental career.

His education began at Washington State University and continued to Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. He began his career at this location in 1972. He quickly realized the positive attributes of Lake Oswego and decided to purchase the existing dental practice and building. Over the course of his 40+ year career, he built a thriving practice founded on the simple principles of excellent quality dental care and always treating the patient fairly and honestly.

This father-son professional partnership gives a unique opportunity to combine advanced clinical experience with the most modern and up-to-date dental education available. Patients will benefit from this combination of knowledge and skill to receive the highest quality dental care.

Outside of the dental office, you can find Dr. Holt on the golf course. From the father-son trips to Scotland and Ireland to short weekend trips to Bandon Dunes, these two will always enjoy a day on the golf course. Dr. Holt and his wife also enjoy traveling and visiting their three daughters in Southern California.
